Our members have the comfort of knowing that their costs will be covered* if a dispute were to reach the courts.  Through their free legal expenses insurance policy members enjoy up to £1,000,000 protection - this cover might make the difference in whether your business can survive a costly legal dispute.

The free 24/7 legal helpline is linked to this insurance arrangement.  It is a requirement of the policy that members seek and follow the advice from the helpline prior to making a claim on this policy.

The NECC legal helpline provides advice on an extensive range of legal issues, members will not necessarily be covered for all of these issues through NECC legal insurance.  If you have any doubts as to the validity of your claim always phone and check this with the Claims Department.
