NECC Childcare is a flexible, expertly-supported salary sacrifice scheme that enables your staff to save hundreds of pounds on their childcare costs. Each parent can receive £55 of childcare vouchers per week before tax. These are redeemed for children up to the age of fifteen at any registered childcare provider.
A parent on a basic rate of tax can save over £900 each year. The employer will save over £150 in NI contributions per employee each year - and that’s after all service charges.
How does it work?
• You agree to let your staff enjoy the savings
• They complete some simple forms
• We set up the salary payment arrangements with you
• The vouchers are sent to the employees address
• These are used in part or full payment for the childcare provided
• We reimburse the childcare provider

Employer Savings Guidelines
Vouchers are free from Employer N.I. contributions saving up to 12.8% for standard rate tax payers, equating to £373 per employee per annum.Therefore savings are as follows based on the maximumvoucher value of £243 being taken.
For Parents
If your employer participates in this scheme and your total household income is over £25,000 per annum then you can
start saving money now.
Each voucher is valid for twelve months and can be used with more than one supplier so:
• You can save them through the year and use them all in one go over the summer holidays or…
• You can use some on day care for your youngest child and the rest on after school care for the older ones.
