In celebration of the fantastic produce which is readily available in the North East of England and the wider British Isles, we are delighted to offer this opportunity to join with other members for an extra special evening, to enjoy great company, great food and great wine.
Agenda
The evening commences at 7pm with reception drinks of Elderflower or Cranberry Press out on The Green (weather permitting) before dinner is served at 8pm.

The Executive Head Chef at Durham Castle has especially created a sumptuous five course dinner using only the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from the local area.
Pressed ham hock terrine
With rocket salad & drizzled with a beetroot Vinaigrette

With fondant potatoes, roasted roots & a red wine jus
Butternut squash risotto (V)
Served with a free range poached egg & parmesan crisp

Freshly brewed Coffee
The evening will be complimented by quintessentially British refreshments, included within the price for each guest is a 1/2 bottle of Three Choirs Medium Dry Wine (English White Wine) with a light clean aroma of honeysuckle & freshly picked pears.
We appreciate that at business events it is often difficult to enjoy company with one's own partner and we see this as an ideal way of business couples entertaining together.
