Refund Policy

Refunds will not be offered in full or in part for membership unless it is within 7 days of purchasing membership (at manager's discretion).

Short Courses
Cancellations to bookings made before the start of the course are subject to the costing table outlined below. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the course start date or if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full fee must be paid:

Notice Given                          Fee
7 Days from payment               100% (at manager's discretion)
More than 1 month                   50%
1 month to 14 days                  75% of course fee
Less than 14 days                    Full charge

Chargeable Events
A full refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received at least 5 working days in advance of the paid event. If notice is less than 5 full working days then no refund will be possible.

Free Events
Cancellation of a free event must be given at least 3 full working days prior to event start. If notice is not given or attendance is not recorded then an administration fee will be payable as outlined below:
