Frank's the Flooring Store was first established in 1996. It's first store opened in Stockton on Tees and paved the way for other stores now strategically placed throughout the North East offering a comprehensive range of flooring solutions attractive to both domestic to commercial markets.

NECC and Frank's work closely to address the skills gap for businesses within the region. Through the combined efforts to increase skills within the region Frank's, which holds the Investors in People standard and has long been committed to training with NECC from NVQ's to short courses, their employee personal development programme is a huge benefit as the business continues to grow.
