Tell us about a recent business success.
During 2023 we hosted 197 events and 68 weddings. However, we have seen a surge in corporate partnerships and a key one is the partnership with the chamber which has not only resulted in numerous corporate bookings but also a large event with Sir Kier Starmer in November. A large part of the recent success we’ve enjoyed is down to the exclusive use and flexibility we offer to our clients.

Wynyard Hall’s reconnection with the North East Chamber of Commerce has been nothing short of transformative. Our decision to rejoin and elevate our membership has not only facilitated crucial stakeholder relationships but has also attracted significant events to our historic estate. Hosting the NECC lunch with Sir Keir Starmer on the 3rd of November was one of many highlights during 2023. Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate the 2024 spring edition of the Tees Expo and the prestigious NECC Summer Ball in September. Partnerships like these are pivotal in ensuring Wynyard Hall remains the venue of choice for major corporate events, that ultimately contribute to the thriving business landscape of the North East region.
