Simplifying the education & skills landscape
We are working on an initiative alongside The Strategic Development Network and the Gatsby Foundation, supported by DFE, BCC and other national employer bodies.
The initiative aims to build understanding amongst employers, particularly small employers, about the education and skills landscape.
Here you have access to some materials outlining the different options available to you, making it easier to identify how to engage with education providers.
Connecting with schools, colleges and universities could help you to identify potential employees, upskill existing employees and bring new ideas to the workforce through placements.
