Recently, we partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to address a critical challenge: the escalating cost of a key API. By leveraging our deep industry knowledge and strategic approach, we were able to identify and select a new supplier that offered a significant cost reduction of 58%. This resulted in annual savings of $2.5 million for the client.
The success of this engagement was driven by our collaborative approach. We worked closely with the client’s procurement team to understand their specific needs and challenges.
