We are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Give us a brief overview of your business.
inTEC business are a team of technology, IT and Telephony experts focused on driving positive results for our client organisations, with specific focus around IT managed services, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, Unified Comms, Connectivity and Mobile.
With 9 locations currently in the UK and Ireland, we help organisations achieve more by delivering best guidance, best technology and best support.
Tell us about a recent business success.
A personal recent business success for us was working really closely with a new client to understand their IT infrastructure and gaps in which we discovered that there was no cyber security solutions in place, including antivirus, leaving them wide open to a cyber attack. After working with the client closely and explaining the benefits of going through Cyber Essentials and having a solution such as inTEC’s inTRUST in place, the client can rest knowing that if there was a cyber attack, they are in the best possible place to be able to remediate and prevent loss of data/service.
