Aspire Expands into North West with Fourth Acquisition Since 2024
Aspire Technology Solutions has acquired Warrington-based Sentis Managed Solutions, adding more than 80 customers and an experienced team as it continues to scale its UK operations.
Sentis is a long-established Managed Service Provider with a strong record of sustained growth. It has built a substantial base across the North West, with a clear focus on mid-sized organisations that closely aligns with Aspire’s core market. The acquisition gives Aspire an immediate presence in the region and further expands its geographic reach.
The deal builds on Aspire’s established position in the UK mid-market and supports the next stage of its growth strategy. Customers will gain access to Aspire’s broader capabilities across cyber security, managed services, secure networks and enterprise voice, bringing a wider range of specialist services and expertise to their organisations.
All Sentis employees will become part of the Aspire group and trade under the Aspire brand. Co-founder Neil Homer will remain with the business, providing continuity of leadership and playing an active role in the integration, while fellow co-founders Martin Perry and Michael Cox will step back from day-to-day operations and continue to support the business in ambassadorial roles. Customers will continue to work with the existing team while benefiting from the breadth and expertise of the wider Aspire group.
The transaction continues Aspire’s strategy of building its regional presence through targeted acquisitions, following Cloud Cover IT in January 2024, CloudCoCo’s managed IT services business in November 2024 and NVT Group in March 2026. Together, these deals have expanded Aspire’s UK operations, broadened the product range and support available to customers and advanced its ambition to grow annual revenue from £71.7 million in FY26 to £100 million by FY30.
Chris Fraser, CEO and founder of Aspire Technology Solutions, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Sentis to Aspire and look forward to working together. Our previous acquisitions have given us a clear understanding of what effective integration requires. Building trusted relationships, nurturing talent, and doing the right thing for customers are key, and they’re values we see clearly in Sentis.
“That gives us confidence in the fit between our two companies and in what we can achieve. Sentis has built an impressive position in the region, and bringing our teams and expertise together will create new opportunities for customers and colleagues alike.”
Neil Homer, Co-founder of Sentis Managed Solutions, said:
“Sentis has built real momentum, and joining Aspire gives us access to the investment and wider capabilities to take that forward. It enables us to offer more to our customers while retaining the relationships they value.
“This is an exciting milestone for the business. I’m looking forward to playing an active role in the next chapter.”
