Prosper offers a go-to-solution for landlords delivering Decarbonisation Retrofit Works
North East procurement consultancy, Prosper, has developed an all-encompassing retrofit procurement solution to help deliver SHDF Wave 2 and ECO4 works across all regions of England and Wales.
Prosper, which has extensive knowledge and expertise of procurement in construction for the public sector, created the market-leading ‘Decarbonisation Retrofit Framework’ to provide an innovative and compliant solution for the delivery of a range of retrofit works through a principal contractor. Contractors will deliver component schemes and whole-house approaches, including if required, cyclical investment works such as kitchen and bathroom instalments.
Eight principal contractors were appointed to each of the 10 regional lots to deliver the solutions for social housing landlords and local authorities in England and Wales. The framework compliments works supported through the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, ensuring appointed contractors are all compliant with PAS 2035 installer accreditation requirements and hold Trustmark certification.
The framework includes refurbishment works and covers a wide range of solutions, including:
