Prosper has launched a national Fire Risk Assessment and Passive Fire Safety Framework
Prosper has launched a £300m national Fire Risk Assessment and Passive Fire Safety Framework covering all regions of England and Wales.
The Framework comprises two Lots. The first, Fire Risk Assessments, will cover Non-Destructive, Destructive and Fire Compartmentation Fire Risk Assessments, as well as Fire Door Inspections. Lot 2 will cover Passive Fire Protection Works including, but not limited to, doors, ironmongery, glazing, joinery works, ceiling linings, ceilings with separate insulation, fire resistance increase (internal walls), fire resistant cabling, firestopping to floors, walls and ceilings, new fire-resistant partitions
refuse chutes, roof spaces, suspended ceiling and walls or partitions.
Call-off from the Framework will be either Direct Award or Further Competition, with evaluation to be based on a 40% Price / 60% Quality spilt.
Tender submissions are encouraged from suitably qualified consultants for the Fire Risk Assessments with six organisations to be appointed to each Regional Lot. For the Passive Fire Safety Framework up to eight Contractors will be appointed to each Regional Lot.

Our Contractor partners across the England and Wales will be able to competently deliver these works so everyone will benefit from this solution.”
The tender submission deadline is 10am on Friday 22nd April 2022 with an expected Framework launch date of 13th June 2022.
