Bitesize Session 3: Leading Change and Harnessing Innovation
In a rapidly changing world, effective leaders must be able to navigate uncertainty, embrace new ideas and drive innovation. This session will examine how leaders can create the conditions for change, inspire others through transformation and turn challenges into opportunities. Participants will gain insights into fostering a culture of innovation while leading with clarity and purpose.

Building on the session theme, participants will explore innovation and change through sprint-based working methods, learning how to accelerate ideas, solve problems collaboratively and deliver impact at pace.
Who is the programme for?
The Future Leaders programme is open to individuals who are:
- New to their role or organisation
- At an early stage in their career journey, regardless of age
- Returning to work after a career break or time away from the workplace
- Transitioning into a new industry or profession and building foundational
professional skills
Please note: participation is limited to a maximum of three representatives per member organisation.
