Understanding the roles of responsibilities of each party in getting the goods from A to B is integral in international trade, and you can’t fully understand your responsibilities without understanding the Incoterms.
This 3-hour, interactive, British Chamber of Commerce accredited course, we will provide you with:
- Knowledge on what the Incoterms do and do not cover
- A history of the Incoterms
- Knowledge of the differences between the 2010 and 2020 versions
- An understanding of each of the 11 Incoterms and your responsibilities as the seller or buyer
- Common pitfalls and considerations which you need to be aware of
- Clear knowledge on how you should be incorporating the Incoterms into your sales contract and commercial invoice.

Accreditation:
Following the course you will receive a multiple-choice exam which, upon completion and passing, you will receive your British Chamber of Commerce Accredited Certificate for this module.
On completion of six BCC Accredited modules, you will earn the BCC Foundation Award in International Trade. Gaining this widely recognised award demonstrates compliance and knowledge which can have positive repercussions for both yourself and your business.

In the event you are no longer able to attend this training course, please note you must cancel or request a transfer of your place at least 7 working days before the course. The cancellation must be in writing and sent to [email protected] indicating the name of the course you are cancelling for and delegate(s) details.
If a booking is not cancelled and the delegate does not attend, full event costs will still apply.
