Who is the Future Leaders Programme for?
The programme is open to individuals who are:
- New to their role or organisation
- At an early stage in their career journey (regardless of age)
- Returning to work after a career break or time away
- Transitioning into a new industry or profession and building foundational professional skills
Important Information
Participation is limited to a maximum of two representatives per member organisation
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
Each full-day workshop is limited to 18 participants to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning experience

What do I wear to a Chamber event: We don’t have a dress code, but we suggest dressing as if meeting new clients. Your comfort is key.
