Bitesize Session 1: Find Your Voice
Great leadership starts with knowing yourself. This opening session will explore personal leadership style, values and strengths, helping future leaders develop the confidence and courage to contribute meaningfully in any environment. Featuring keynote speaker Jeni Smith, networking strategist and founder of NetKno, participants will learn how to find their voice, shape conversations, influence outcomes and build the confidence to step forward as authentic leaders.

Who is the programme for?
The Future Leaders programme is open to individuals who are:
- New to their role or organisation
- At an early stage in their career journey, regardless of age
- Returning to work after a career break or time away from the workplace
- Transitioning into a new industry or profession and building foundational
professional skills
