What has been your top tip for keeping business going during COVID-19?
Embracing modern technology by moving our appointments to Zoom.
Tell us about a recent business success.
A recent success would be that we had some clients that were unaware of their buying opportunities as local authority tenants, upon meeting with the clients we explained the Right to Buy process and we helped them apply for the scheme via the council. In addition the clients had adverse credit which they believed would hold them back from being able to secure a mortgage, nor did they have the deposit available. However after explaining the Right to Buy scheme which takes the deposit from the gifted equity, and managing to find a lender that was accepting of their adverse credit we enabled them just 3 months later to own their own home.
Why are you a Chamber Member?
We would like to grow our regional networks and looks for B2B opportunities to support employees in other local companies with mortgage, protection and Will advice
