This week we caught up with the digital marketing consultant to find out how they’re going further with Chamber membership.

Give us a brief overview of your business.

Hi, I’m Jack. I’m a freelance digital marketing specialist on a mission to help B2B businesses in the North East get the most out of their online presence. I work with business leaders to map out marketing opportunities, get seen on Google, increase web traffic and master their marketing funnel to make the most of the traffic they get.



Tell us about a recent business success.

I recently worked with a local recruitment business to help with their lead generation. Their website was poorly optimised for users, wasn’t ranking on Google and most importantly, didn’t convert.

I Helped them develop a long-term marketing strategy, fix the foundations of their website and create 2 high-impact lead magnets to capture customer interest and lead potential clients into their marketing funnel.
My client went from nearly no leads coming in through the website to averaging 10 closed leads per month, within 9 months, all through organic search and targeted lead magnets distributed through LinkedIn.

How has being a Chamber member impacted your growth and networking opportunities?

Going to the networking events on offer has introduced me to a good number of clients, but the most valuable aspect has been meeting peers who are on the same journey as me, and who have overcome similar problems.
