What has been your top tip for keeping business going during Covid-19?
Working over lockdown has been beneficial for my own mental health. Being able to work through Covid has kept me focused and therefore enabled me to support my team who have also worked from home during Covid. Regular zoom calls and chats with the team has also helped them with their own wellbeing.
Tell us about a recent business success.
I feel the most recent success has been being able to expand our premises and our team. I have recently moved the business to a new office and taken on another member of our fee earning team to help build our family law and wills department. This has given me great satisfaction in seeing my business grow and of employing well qualified staff who are supportive of our growth.
Why are you a Chamber Member?
I joined the Chamber as I felt the support you receive and the networking opportunities are invaluable. The monthly membership fee is manageable and helps with cashflow. The Chamber events are also a great source of networking and I am enjoying attending as many of these as I possibly can.
