Give us a brief overview of your business.
Newcastle Premier Health, known as NPH Group, are an accredited northeast based occupational health and wellbeing provider. We are driven by our ambition of supporting employers and individuals in our local area to be as happy and healthy as they can be. We understand the challenges that every employer faces when it comes to looking after their employees. Whether it is a minor adjustment to their working environment, or a structured and well-planned return to work strategy for someone who has been on long-term sick, NPH Group support organisations across the northeast as well as nationally to fulfil their duty of care (and often legal obligation) to their employees. Our business ethos is to ensure everything we do for our clients is personal, professional, and responsive – putting our client’s needs at the heart of everything we do. It is this way of working that has allowed us to grow our service offering so much, particularly within the last 18 months.

Tell us about a recent business success.
We developed our brand and purpose, redesigned our websites, built a bespoke client portal for easy access to all our services and resources and launched new applications to improve our booking process and to help clients establish their needs as a business. We have also moved our head office and primary clinic to a new state-of-the-art premises at Balliol Business Park, Benton. This new home offers a fantastic new facility to clients, with free parking, ground floor access, a welcoming reception in a relaxing environment. Our new clinic allows us to provide a quality experience for clients in the northeast. This is in addition to all the services we provide onsite at client locations.
