Give us a brief overview of your business.
At PHH we provide hydraulic hose and components to support local manufacturing and the plant & construction sectors.
We operate from an 8000 sq ft manufacturing facility but also offer on site support with 8 mobile engineers. Our engineers can attend site to manufacture hoses and replace, refurb and service hydraulic equipment.
As part of the R&G Fluid Power Group we are able to support many aspects to include engineering, hydraulic power units, industrial hoses, gaskets and sealing as well as pneumatics. Our group offers a real one stop shop for all your requirements serviced and managed locally by a dedicated team.
Tell us about a recent business success.
Previously known as Ferschl Hose & Hydraulics we have worked hard in the last 2 years to re brand and renew our business focus to a service provider. In the last 6 months we have engaged several customers with our Hydraulic Integrity Management system which has seen a reduction in time lost and production. Our H.I.M. system will be offered to more production companies in the coming months which offers a full traceable data base with 24/7 access for the customer and supplier alike.
Why are you a Chamber Member?
Ferschl have been a longstanding member of the Chamber but think we have under utilized the membership benefits, this year and 2023 we will be working much closer with them to build our profile and relationships with North East companies.
