Give us a brief overview of your business.
We specialize in Automation Training, Refurbishment, Development and Troubleshooting. Founded in 2004, we are now providing training to thousands of individuals and companies worldwide, delivering PLC fault-finding to help ensure correct level of training is given to increase the safety of engineers on the shopfloor and the integrity of processes.
Our mission is to set a recognised standard in PLC training for all industries to ensure companies know their engineers are working safely and efficiently with their automated control systems in day-to-day operations.
Tell us about a recent business success.
Recently, we have secured training for companies such as Amazon UK, and we are now their official PLC training provider in the UK. Our training has been widely accepted within their fulfillment centers and we are in talks with Amazon to help develop a bespoke Industrial Maintenance and Fault-Finding Pro training course focused around Amazon’s processes.
We are working with Newcastle College, who have realised the importance of PLC/Automation training for students looking to work in Industry. Currently, PLC training is only provided academically at the entry level with little to no relevance to the shop-floor environment within the curriculum, this is something that Newcastle College are wanting to change and we are working closely with them to help them achieve this.
We also acquired an Automation contract to refurbish an obsolete process within the Timber Industry, this is involving the replacement of several PLCs, Remote IO Stations and HMIs as well as a re-design of the programs to abide by current-day standards.
Why are you a Chamber Member?
The Chamber is a great way to connect with other businesses across the North East. We simply want to expand our network with other relevant companies and let them know who we are, what we do and where they can find us.
