We’re a growing, agile digital consultancy with over 20 years of experience in helping businesses implement profitable digital strategies. We deliver smart, performance-driven campaigns for a range of B2B clients. As a small team, we pride ourselves on being collaborative, flexible, and deeply invested in each client’s success. As part of a HubSpot Platinum Partner agency, we work with construction, manufacturing, and engineering businesses. Tell us about a recent business success.

We're currently working with a long-term client whom we onboarded onto HubSpot in early 2025, migrating customer and business data into a single source of truth.

Working with Cleveland Technologies Group, we've helped improve internal processes across sales, marketing, and engineering, making them leaner, more efficient, and more aligned. What started as a data and process project quickly evolved into a business transformation.

We supported a shift in mindset from: "we’ve always done it this way" to: "we’re improving processes for the better."

A key part of this was educating teams, showing that technology isn’t a threat, but an enabler. Helping people work smarter, not harder.

How has being a Chamber member impacted your growth and networking opportunities?

We'll be honest, we hadn’t used our NECC membership to its full potential in recent years.

But after Megan, our account manager, reached out and reminded us of the huge opportunities available in our membership that we had not utilised, it was the nudge we needed!

Since then, we've updated our business profile on the NECC website and signed up for networking events that align with our strategic direction. We're looking forward to connecting with fellow members and continuing to grow our network across Teesside and beyond!
