Tell us about a recent business success.

A client came to us after struggling for over six months to fill a key leadership role. They had tried everything but couldn’t find the right person. As a rule of thumb, we are determined to think outside the box and instead of sticking to the usual channels, we tapped into passive talent, those top professionals who weren’t actively looking but would consider the right opportunity. After some careful outreach, we create a pipeline of talent aligned with their requirements. After a careful interview process, they successfully hired a new Partner and not only did the new hire excel in the role, but they also became the cornerstone of a thriving new team.

How has being a Chamber member impacted your growth and networking opportunities?

We have managed to engage with Chamber members and create professional relationships going beyond the walls of the Chamber as we’ve introduced members to non-members who have collaborated. We as a business have been helped by members to network with the wider UK thanks to local Chamber relationships.
