A client came to us after struggling for over six months to fill a key leadership role. They had tried everything but couldn’t find the right person. As a rule of thumb, we are determined to think outside the box and instead of sticking to the usual channels, we tapped into passive talent, those top professionals who weren’t actively looking but would consider the right opportunity. After some careful outreach, we create a pipeline of talent aligned with their requirements.
