This session will explore how we can connect with nature from both a business and personal perspective. It will look at why we should spend time outdoors and the science and research behind it. This is particularly important with our reliance on technology and our ‘need’ to be available 24/7.

We will look at how we can learn from our ancestors and the lives of indigenous people across the world.

There will be ideas for outdoor activities that you can use as individuals or in your teams which will embrace green and blue spaces, your senses, the seasons, landscapes and the weather.

Jill is a qualified coach and workshop facilitator who works with women who are ready for change and to live a life that is meaningful, fulfilling, brings enjoyment, excitement with clarity and purpose.

What makes Jill different is that coaching conversations take place outdoors. Not on Teams or Zoom or in a room with four walls.
