A curated three-part NECC workshop series for senior leaders navigating the realities of leadership today - beyond theory, beyond headlines, and firmly rooted in real-world challenges.
We are delighted to bring you a mini-series of 3 x workshops to support 'leadership in the work place'.
Each session brings together a group of peers for honest, off-the-record conversations on the issues that don’t get discussed publicly, but shape decisions every day.
- 10/Sep/26 Session 1: Leadership Lab: Setting the leadership context
- 24/Sep/26 Session 2: Leadership Lab: Leadership deep dive
- 08/Oct/26 Session 3: Leadership Lab: Leadership in practice
In session 1, we will establish foundations, build trust, and identify priority themes for the series. We will look at the current leadership landscape for leaders, as well as framing "behind closed doors" leadership challenges.
There will be a facilitated group discussion on a range of topics, including - hidden leadership pressures, organisational pain points and managing people, performance and decisions.
The sessions are designed to be honest and open, to learn from each other and developing your leadership skills.
This is open to all NECC members.
Parking: Parking is available at the venue. The venue is also accessible.
What do I wear to a Chamber event: We don’t have a dress code, but we suggest dressing as if meeting new clients. Your comfort is key.
Behaviour and conduct: our events create an inclusive space for individuals and organisations to meet, where we expect all our attendees to behave with courtesy and respect, to both each other and Chamber colleagues.
