Lauren leads Jackson Hogg's outsourced HR and HR consultancy service which supports SMEs in STEM with all aspects of people management and development. Lauren is an HR specialist, having built her skills and experience in organisations large and small. She is currently focused on supporting businesses to understand and implement changes resulting from the Employment Rights Act 2025 and on the implications of advances in AI for the workplace.

Lauren is passionate about demonstrating HR's value as a strategic partner and essential to organisational effectiveness and development.
