Join us for an engaging, full-day interactive workshop as part of the Future Leaders Programme.
These smaller, interactive sessions will explore programme themes in greater depth, giving attendees the chance to develop practical skills in areas such as communication, mentoring and emotional intelligence.
WORKSHOP 3 TOPIC: Emotional Intelligence for Future Leaders
Participants will learn how emotional intelligence can be used to strengthen leadership, build trust, navigate challenges, and how to positively influence others through authentic relationships.
Who is the Future Leaders Programme for?
The programme is open to individuals who are:
- New to their role or organisation
- At an early stage in their career journey (regardless of age)
- Returning to work after a career break or time away
- Transitioning into a new industry or profession and building foundational professional skills
Important Information
- Participation is limited to a maximum of two representatives per member organisation
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- This full-day workshop is limited to 26 participants to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning experience

What do I wear to a Chamber event: We don’t have a dress code, but we suggest dressing as if meeting new clients. Your comfort is key.
